Obituary of Yvan John Arnaly

Yvan Arnaly   

1964~2024    

Yvan the youngest of 5 boys, was born in Fort St. John on August 1, 1964 and passed away peacefully on January 26, 2024 after battling brain cancer for over 4 years.  He is survived by his Loving Wife Darlene and their son Josh(Chelsa) and their Precious Granddaughter, Mira.  He will also be missed by his brothers Frank (Daisy), George (Kira), Louis and Robert, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, along with all of his extended family through marriage.  He is predeceased by his Parents.

Yvan was part of the 1983 Graduating Class of N.P.S.S. and soon began to earn his living as a welder.  His ambition, and his extremely hard work ethic led to a lifetime of growing his business, excelling not only with the work he did, but with the people he employed.  Derek Dalgleish, so much more than an employee, continues the business with a welding truck.

Yvan will be Greatly Missed by his Loving Wife of 29 years and all those who were blessed to know him. 

A service will be held at the Charlie Lake Church on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 2PM.
