With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Friend Donna- Lee Lowe (Cooper) who passed away July 18, 2019 at 58 years of age. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Donna-Lee to the Fort St. John Palliative Care Society.
