Obituary of Glenn Thompson

Obituary It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Bunka , Brother, Uncle and Friend, (Merlyn) Glenn Thompson, who passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday January 27, 2021 at 86 years of age. Glenn was born in Beaver, Manitoba, married Helen Shopland in 1956 and moved to Fort St John in that very same year. Glenn is survived by his wife Helen, four children - Sharon (Leonard); Susan (Sandy); Kevin (Pam); Michael (Toni); plus seven grand children and 5 great grand children and many nieces and nephews. ❤️ We will forever remember him for his generous donations in his community, his hobby of collecting and repairing watches and clocks for friends and family. He loved cars new and old and he never missed a local parade or Fall Fair. Glenn also had a very soft spot for animals. He will be dearly missed by his family and his many friends❤ Services
