Obituary of William Murray Rowe

Obituary William (Bill) Murray Rowe – December 29, 1957 – November 21, 2021 Bill was born the 15th child of 17 to Joseph and Barbara (Janet) Rowe in Gaspereau, Nova Scotia. He left the East for the prairies as a young man and met Sharon Hildebrandt on April 26th, 1977, in Saskatoon, Sask. They started dating shortly after, were engaged June 12, 1977, and married on September 3, 1977. Bill’s greatest loves were his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and his wife, children, and grandchildren. Bill was a larger-than-life character and all who met him were sure to remember him. He always had a joke, a song, or a cheerful story to pick up a downtrodden soul. He was the life of the party and always in demand to play his guitar and sing wherever he went. He was an avid outdoorsman and in retirement, he could be found most of the time out rabbit hunting with his faithful hound, Jake. He is survived by his wife Sharon, his children: Joseph (Sharon), Naomi (Nicholas), Benjamin (Carla) and Seth (Jamie) and his grandchildren: Ariel (20), Wesley (19), Cody (17), Marrian (14), Evan (13), Jesse (12), Hannah (10), Levi (14), Natalie (11), Joella (11), Wyatt (7) and Mirabelle (4). He will be buried in the Ft. Nelson Cemetery on Monday November 29, 2021 with friends and family in attendance. He will also be remembered in a Memorial Service on December 18, 2021 at Grace Tabernacle, 721 Gladwin Road, Abbotsford, BC. The service will be live streamed for anyone that cannot make it.
