Obituary of Nelson Sayre Scoullar

Obituary It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Nelson Sayre Scoullar on Sunday, September 24, 2023, at the age of 55 years. Nelson was born on May 4th, 1968 to Ted and Rosaleen (nee Bennett) Scoullar in Prince George, BC. After graduating with a Bachelors of Geography, he kickstarted a long career as a GIS Technician and Pipeline Integrity Specialist. Nelson was the beloved husband of Cindy, and cherished father of Ethan, Amelia, Emma, Elizabeth, and Daniel. One of Nelson's biggest accomplishments was being a Father. Also left to mourn his passing is sister Meghan (Brent), nephew Liam, niece Victoria; in-laws Michael and Natasha, sister-in-law Tricia (Grant), nephews Brady and Mason; as well as many friends near and far. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Fort St. John Hospital for their kindness, support, and care. The family is forever grateful for the outpouring level of support from numerous individuals and businesses who have stepped up to help during this difficult time. Family and friends may pay their respects at a service in celebration of Nelson's life at Hamre's Funeral Chapel, 10315 102 Street, Fort St. John, on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
