Obituary of Grayson Gould
Obituary Grayson John Gould was born July 19, 1985 in the Fort St. John General Hospital. He was the second child of Mona and Larry Gould and little brother to sister Teela. Grayson lived in the Charlie Lake area most of his life. Spending countless hours jumping pedal bikes, GT snow racing, building forts and setting up snowball road blocks on the bridge, the neighborhood was never the same again. After outgrowing the neighborhood sports, Grayson went to town to play more organized sports. He started playing hockey in Mites when he was six and played right on through to Bantoms. When the hockey season ended, Grayson's real passion was in the sport of fastball. Not only did he play for the Fort St. John team but was also drafted by the Prince George provincial team. By the time Grayson got to high school, he had a large volume of friends. Much of his high school year was spent with his friends, dirt biking, fishing, camping, and or course spending time with his family. In June 2004 Grayson graduated from North Peace Secondary School which was a big accomplishment in his life. After high school Grayson went straight into the work force, with a full time job at CE Franklin. It was while working at CE Franklin that Grayson found something else he felt passionate about, Daileen. After dating for a year and a half, Grayson and Daileen decided it was time to leave the Fort St. John area and move to Blackfalds, Alberta. Little did they know, they would be returning to the peace within a year. Grayson then started working with Hyland 2000 and slowly drifted to Bring It Welding with the rest of the crew. Through all of Grayson's accomplishments, on April 17, 2008 came his greatest accomplishment of all. His beautiful daughter Tyla was born and Grayson could find no words to explain how proud he was. Just after Tyla was born, Grayson and Daileen bought a home for their family. Grayson is survived by his Partner Daileen, his Daughter Tyla, his Parents Larry and Mona, one Sister Teela, his maternal Grand Parents Irvin and Martha Ziegeman and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Grayson is predeceased by his paternal Grand Parents Elmo and Janet Gould, his Uncle Ed Gould and his Aunt Eleanor McLellan (nee Gould). Grayson passed away on December 19, 2008 at the age of twenty three years. He cherished his family and had a deep respect for all of his friends. Grayson will be sadly missed and never forgotten.
