Obituary of Barbara Westergaard
Obituary Barbara Ann Germaine Westergaard was born on a Train heading for Blue River. She spent
her life caring for others and never put herself before them whether the best or worst of times. Barbara loved animals. She would often go out of her way to reach those who were in need. To this Day Barbara is still an amazing wife to Cale and mother to Jacqualyn. They will always carry her in their hearts.
