Obituary of Jeremy Legal

Obituary Being the youngest child, Jeremy was very special to his dad, mom, brother and sisters. He was a wonderful, sweet boy who had the most lovable, infectious smile. He had the biggest beautiful blue eyes, a heart of gold and was wise beyond his years. Jeremy was caring, charming, and sentimental and was so very easy to love. He had the ability to connect with people of all ages and had a way of making everyone feel special. Everyone who knew Jeremy loved him. Jeremy could always be found spending time with his older brother, Jamie; fishing, playing street hockey, riding his dirt bike and unicycle, hanging out with his many friends (especially the girls), going to the movies, playing xbox and guitar hero, and mostly taking everyone's money at poker. Jeremy sure loved his money but always found a way to earn it whether shovelling snow, working at the bottle depot or even shaving his eyebrows for 20 dollars. He also loved spending time at Liard Hot Springs biking and skidooing and watching TV with his two dogs, Connie and Breed. Not only was Jeremy a loving son and brother, he was also adored by his friends, and it is a testament to him how many of you are here today to say goodbye. No matter what he was going through in his personal life, Jeremy was always there for his friends, to lend an ear to listen, to be the shoulder to cry on, and to make them laugh and smile. He truly was a genuine friend. To have lost Jeremy is heartbreaking - it has come as such a shock to us all and his life was gone too soon. Our family wishes to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who have given their support, compassion and love throughout this very difficult time. We know in our hearts that he would not want us to grieve for too long. Rather, Jeremy would want us all to remember the good times we all shared with him. Jeremy leaves to mourn; his mom, dad, brother, sisters, grandmother, nieces, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jeremy. We will carry your smile with us for eternity, and you will live in our hearts forever. This is not goodbye, we will meet again.
