Whenever i doubted myself, ray was always there to remind me that life's to short to dwell on the past, to make the best of things & "dare to dream".. He always knew just what to say to put a smile back on my face. <3 I truly am blessed to have gotten to know such a inspirational person who always raised my spirits & made me see the true value of life.. Ray & my mom started dating in 2006.. It took me awhile to get used to him but when i did, he was much more than my mom's boyfriend.. He was someone i knew i could confide in no matter what the situation was.. When they split in 2009, he still stayed around & was still someone i could talk too & even though him and my mom weren't together anymore, he still introduced me as his daughter. :") When i had my son, i decided i wanted to put ray's name in there somewhere.. Took me awhile to figure it out until finally ; tyrell RAYMOND emmery noskye <3 .. There are way to many cherished memories to pinpoint just one.. i remember the last time i saw ray was at my grandpa willie's funeral.. He came sat with me & held me close during the slideshow.. & as soon as when i get where i'm going by brad paisley played.. He sang it in my ear.. now when i think of him that song plays over & over in my head.. Rest in paradise, Raymond Aurther Harrold.. I LOVE YOU DADDY <3

Condolences to the family of Raymond Harrold... Got to know Ray back in the days when he was in Prince George. Been a number of years since I had seen Ray, when I happened to be visiting and shopping at the Warehouse in Fort St John- all of a sudden I heard: " hello Christine, how are you"... Glad to have had the chance meeting and conversation before his passing and exchanged Merry Christmas greetings ... *Hugs*

I am very sorry it is so hard to pin point one memory of Raymond, one of the funniest I can think of was in Fort Nelson we were playing street hockey in front of the trailer and then this car with a bunch of guys drove up and one of them hung out the window and stoled the goalie net right from under us. Well we were so mad and of course I knew who it was but we went running in the house tell our parents the net did make it back. But just recently i was talking to Raymond and reminded him of this and he said oh that was you we still had a good laugh.Raymond you made a mark on this world in your short time here you will be missed and loved. I agree with Kim you owe us all a dance when we all meat again my friend.Always in my heart Juanita Gregoire(Hall)

Ray was the heart of the dialysis clinic in Fort St. John. He always had a smile and a laugh for everyone, even on his most painful days. He spoke well of everyone. Connor adored him and Ray took quite the shine to him and loved to listen to his stories. He will be missed every single day! Bless you Ray! Say Hi to Abe for Cathy! We think of you every day!Kevin, Janet, and Connor

I have many memories of Raymond from when we were younger hanging out at 295 on the weekends when I stayed at my cousins to when we were just being silly teenagers - there are several driving around, and partying memories as well. Most importantly, he was there for me when my son Trevor past, and even served as a pallbearer. The first memory that came to mind when I heard the sad news was one I had totally forgotten about. When we were in our mid teens Raymond was in th hospital I think it might have been for a broken leg. Several of us would go and visit him at the hospital. I would go straight after school, sometimes even skipping school and spend the whole visiting hours there. When it was time for supper, and I should have went home. He with his big wide smile would convince the nurse to bring in another tray so I could have supper too and visit even longer, a few times way past visiting hours. There again, it would be him convincing the nurses for us to stay as long as we were quiet. My brother Craig, and I were just discussing our sadness for him, and he said "he had always really liked Raymond, for he was always really good to him although he was quite a bit younger you know it was Raymond who took me out the very first time he had gotten drunk." who would have known..It has been years since I had left Ft Nelson, and had seen him but thanks to Facebook, we were able to reconnect. My condolences to all of you, he was a good person.Rest in peace my old friend.Wendy Sidoruk Cassidy

I took a walk down a road this morn, on a bright and sunny dayNo particular destination or time of arrival could I sayAlone I walked, the warmth from above was guiding my steps all the wayThrough twists and turns with some bumpy roads, only pausing to watch little children playBut then, all at once, the sun lost its warmth and the clouds took over the skyI picked up my pace to avoid what I saw, as old friends would pass me byAt the next corner, in wonder I then watched as the clouds began to disappearHappy times, smiling faces and familiar places I welcomed this change with a tearFor the feelings I had, whether good or some bad, I then questioned was this real, was I dreaming, was I sane?I then smiled as I knew in that instant, it was clear, I'd been walking down memory laneRaymond has always been a ray of sunshine and gladly offered a smile, words of encouragement or a hug when I needed it, So dear friend, I can't say goodbye so instead... til we meet again

My favorite memory of Raymond is when we were visiting Fort Nelson. I am guessing Andrea and I were around 11 or 12. Uncle Bill and the rest of the "adults" had gone into town, and we were left with my older brother Andrew (16) and Raymond(20?). Andrea and I were so excited to ride Uncle Bill's new (yup the new one) snowmobile. We went around the yard with Ray a couple of times, and then these 2 very persuasive sweet girls convinced him to let us go by ourselves. We hit the turn on the far end of the yard, Andrea hit the gas, and we went right through the fence head on into a tree. I was knocked clean off the back of the snowmobile by the top fence board, and Andrea was still holding on. All we could here is laughter from across the yard as those 2 boys cracked up. Then there was realization that we might be hurt, and Ray came running over to rescue us, he picked me up and comforted me, even through his tears of laughter. We turned out not to be too hurt, but the snowmobile would never be the same. We should have been put under the belt, but Ray took the blame and all the discipline for our actions, I can only imagine what really was happening behind that door with Uncle Bill and Raymond. All the love you spread to others, back at you 1000 fold Raymond.Rest in Peace.Love KarrinA candle was lit

When I was little living in Klahanie Trailer court I went for a haircut a Roses. While on my walk to her place my step-mother called her to say give her a pixie-cut not a long shag! Well to my shock I got a pixie cut, I was devastated and felt like I looked like a boy. I wore a hanki that I had made in 4-H on my head from there on out. One morning on the bus to school Bitsy so kindly pulled it off my head. I was mortified. Raymond who was sitting behind us on the bus said to me "Kim why are you so embarrassed you look so cute with that haircut." Well if Raymond and Rod thought I was cute then all was well. Never wore the hanki to cover my boy hair again. He always knew what to say to make a person feel good. Fast forward. Partying at Robinsons with Nazereth playing all weekend. To this day cant listen to them without thinking of those fun days. Will miss you, but will hold those memories close. Till we meet again and have a dance.Kim Willis-Lodge
