Obituary Margaret Bulmer, 45 year resident of Tower Lake, passed away peacefully on March 7 at 87 years of age. Memorial services will be held at Tower Lake Hall May 18, 2012 at 2:00pm. Expressions of sympathy can be made in memory of Margaret to the Fort St. John Hospital Foundation.
