Obituary of Mildred Whitford

Obituary Mildred Whitford of Fort St. John passed away on July 18, 2012 at the age of 82 years. Mildred was born to Fredrick and Kathryn Whitford in Vilna, Alberta on August 8, 1929. As Mildred matured into a young adult she met Arthur Whitford. The two married on January 26, 1946. Mildred and Arthur had 8 children and resided in Fort St. John, BC. Mildred is predeceased by her husband Arthur Whiteford, and her daughter Clair Whitford. Mildred leaves to mourn, Sons ~ Terry (Pat) Fortin, Tony Whitford, Ed (Jean) Whitford, & Fred (Lynn) Whitford. Daughters ~ Lynda (Rodger) Sarauer, Connie (Don) Kyllo & Jeannie (Dan) Bonin and her 17 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren. Mildred had many accomplishments in her life, like receiving the Pioneer Award in 2011 and being a Fall Fair Participant. Mildred was an incredible woman that will be missed dearly.
