I was working in the care home doing housekeeping and I remember when he moved into the care home .. He was a very nice man. And I remember he said to me .... I can't get my phone in my room to work can you help me see what's wrong so I said for sure ... So what ended up being the problem was his extent ion on the phone was wrecked so I plugged in the cord from the phone into the wall and we got a dial tone and he smiled and was soo happy .. He said thank you soo much and I said your welcome ... It was a pleasure to have met him and clean his room .. My condolences to his family.. He will be missed
