Obituary of Blanche Morrow

Obituary Blanche Morrow..It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Blanche Morrow. Mom passed away peacefully early Friday morning on December 19, 2014, at the age of 86, with her family by her side. Mom was born in Grande Prairie on September 30, 1928 to Hjalmer and Laura Tansem. Mom lived in Grande Prairie, Wanham, and Ft. St. John over the years. Mom is survived by her children Randy Morrow, Laurie(Dean) Dressler - Fort St John, Alvin(Arlene) Wiegel-Trenton, Ont., David(Joann) Wiegel, Marjorie(Darrel) McAusland-Grande Prairie. Grandchildren: Dylan, Wyatt, Laura, Amy(Tim), Kim, Darin(Josee), Darren(Betsy), Rocky(Jenny), Shauna, Shannon. Great Grandchildren: Devin, Peyton, Rylee, Jorja, Janine, Jensen, Cole, Caleb, Liam, Kamryn and Nathaniel. She is also survived by brother Gordon (Pearl) Tansem, In-Laws Ken(Dolores) Morrow, Betty Morrow, Florence Morrow and many nieces and nephews. Mom was predeceased by husband Hugh Morrow, son Barry Wiegel, granddaughter Carolyn Wiegel Davis, brothers David, Clarence, and two brothers Marshal Tansem. As per Mom's request, she is being cremated and a Celebration of her Life will be held in the spring of 2015. In lieu of flowers donations to the Ft. St. John Hospital Foundation in her name will be greatly appreciated.
