I remember Tim quite well. He came to my mom's, his Auntie Lena, whenever he was in Calgary. He truly lived life on his own terms. My brothers, Cliff and Rog, lost touch with him but always speak highly of the old days!

I feel proud & privileged to say that Tim was a friend of mine! I always enjoyed my talks with him, whether it be on a park bench or some steps or a chair in a restaurant. The last time I sat with him was in City Park in Fort St John, for Canada Day (how appropriate) with our other friends, Pete & Bruce. I'm sure I'm one of the only guys who always wears Hawaiin shirts in Korea. It was only two days ago when I looked in my closet and thought "I wonder how my ole pal Tim is doing?" Now I know. He's sitting on a bench up there, watching us all, just like he always did. He was one of the coolest guys I've every known, he lived life on life's terms, he did what he loved, he loved what he did. He will never be forgotten & I am forever grateful to have known him as a friend. Peter James

I remember as a child visiting with Tim, he was always so friendly, always such a great person to talk to, he would listen to what I had to say, and treat me like one of his adult friends! My dad and I would visit with him pretty much every Sunday, when we would go to Dairy Queen , we would take our ice cream cones and go sit with Tim. I always thought he was so cool, and absolutely loved his beautiful voice. Rest in peace old friend! Lee Liebelt

Our condolences to the Bremner and Merwin famlilies,we have many fond memories of Tim. He was our "go-to-painter" over the years in our business and our home. He was a FREE SPIRIT, with a great presence in the communtity of Fort St John. We had many conversations with Tim over the years. He had experienced many of lifes challenges but always had a good story to share about his childhood, and his life. Some sad and some cherished, happy times. Tim's happiest times were sitting on Wikiki beach in Honolulu, so our wish for Tim is that he is now free to fly like a free spirit to his little place on the beach. Enjoying the warm sun and beautiful sunsets.Joe and Gail SeedeParksville BC
