Obituary of John Goertzen

Obituary John Goertzen also know as "Generous Johnnie" died at age 53 years. John was living in West Kelowna, B.C. when he passed away on July 24, 2017. John was born on May 28, 1964 in the Fort St. John General Hospital in Fort St. John, British Columbia. His parents are Helen Goertzen Loewen and he is predeased by his father Jacob Goertzen and his step-father Isaac Loewen. He is survived by his 8 siblings... Jake, Dave, Bill, Abe, Ann, Gertrude, Henry and Frank and his mother Helen Goertzen Loewen. He also left behind 19 nieces and nephews and recently became a great-uncle to three new additions. John enjoyed cooking and he loved to entertain and host family functions and enjoyed the game of golf. He was a dedicated individual for many years in the oilpatch industry. John's kind spirit touched all who knew him and, he will be dearly missed by his family and friends always.
