Brad, Tamarra and families,Condolences to you. The loss of a mother is profound. My sisters and I are Cindy's cousins ( Auntie Peggy's girls). We all have childhood memories of Cindy. We remember her beautiful smile and sparkly spirit. I had a good conversation with her at Auntie Mona's celebration. Wish we had connected more. Her departure is a big loss, a hole in our larger family.Sincerely,Margaret Roshko

My deepest condolences to Brad and Tamara and family. Cindy is such a beautiful lady who always had a big smile. As you said Tamara I'm sure mom and her are having a grand old time laughing and catching up I can see them sitting together along with Grandma and Grandpa McCallum they must be having a blast! I wanted to share a poem that was read at mom's service as it truly reflects what a mother is, I hope it helps in your journey that is ahead. Your Mother is always with you. She's the whisper of the leaves as you walk down the street. She's the smell of certain foods you remember, flowers you pick and perfume that she wore. She's the cool hand on your brow when you're not feeling well. She's your breath in the air on a cold winter's day. She is the sound of the rain that lulls you to sleep, the colors of a rainbow. She is Christmas morning. Your Mother lives inside your laughter. She's crystallized in every teardrop. A mother shows every emotion .......... happiness, sadness, fear, jealousy, love, hate, anger, helplessness, excitement, joy, sorrow... and all the while, hoping and praying you will only know the good feelings in life. She's the place you came from, your first home, and she's the map you follow with every step you take. She's your first love; your first friend, even your first enemy, but nothing on earth can separate you. Not time, not space...not even death! RIP Cindy! You touched my life in many ways Love always :heart::heart::heart: Susan Peloquin (McCallum)

Cindy was always a perky and ambitious lady! No end to her talents or her eye at decorating! She thought nothing of driving to Calgary and back to FSJ in her trustworthy Subaru wagon, all loaded up with delicious home improvement and decorating items. It always took us quite a bit of time to even load her vehicle up safely! Cindy's intelligence also extended to many of the very crafty things that she did. She made Gary & I a gorgeous bent willow chair, not only that but she even sewed the cushion! I always knew that there was NO end to her talents! And, part of that talent probably came from her mother Mary! I also had the pleasure of shopping with Cindy in Calgary (for her Colour Your World store). We sure put the miles on all around the city...it was SO fun to do! Cindy's passing leaves a humongous hole in my heart. I have lost not only a loving and a super thoughtful sister in law, but also a super good friend!
