Addi was a blessing to our family in the Flatrock church days. We always enjoyed the Schusters hospitality and our kids sometimes got to borrow a book or two from Addis library. Addi was one of those faithful men in the community you could count on for a helping hand or a word of advice! Praise God for his faith and testimony.

I loved spending time at the Schusters growing up. I always felt welcomed and cared for, and Mr. Schuster was always ready with some gentle teasing and a bit of mischief in his eye. God bless you all, dear, wonderful family.

I got to know Adam through our mutual love for bees. He always had time to talk, and had a generous heart. See you again in heaven.

Onkel Addi ( and Aunti Maryanne)were like our second parents growing up in flatrock. So many wonderful childhood memories fill my heart when I think about him. Many a Sunday dinner, singing around the organ in German , killing chickens or hunting overpopulated rabbits, pouring cement or building another shed always meant that we could share our lives with the Schusters. Onkel Addi was always cracking a joke, arguing with my dad in true German fashion and just being the kind, helpful person that God made him to be. Im thankful God made him and that we get to see him again in heaven.

Addie was a great neighbor, always cheerful, loving, kind and ready to help whenever there was a need. I know he is celebrating with Mary-Anne right now and I look forward to seeing him in Heaven one day soon!
