Obituary of Annette Dufour

Obituary Annette was a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Mémère, Great Grandmother, Sister and to many a dear Friend. After a short battle of cancer, Annette passed away peacefully May 5th in the Fort Saint John General Hospital surrounded by loved ones. We as a Family would like to give many thanks to Doctor Hopkins, the staff and to Doctor Kisser as well. We are very thankful to the wonderful staff of nurses, to the many others in the Cancer centre in FSJ and for the Kindness shown to us in the Palliative Care Unit. At Annette’s request, there will be no service held. A family gathering will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in Annette’s memory may do so in lieu of flowers. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the North Peace Seniors Housing Association or to the Palliative Care Society. Annette would have been 79 on May 18th, 2019. She is predeceased by her husband: George Dufour, Brother: Raymond and Sister-in-laws: Irene and Cecile. Annette is survived and dearly loved by her two children: Lise Klassen (Jim) and Roger Dufour, Her siblings: Pauline (Ronald), Laurier (Yvonne), Marcel, Gilbert (Vivien) Lucille (Walter), Eight Grandchildren: Rachelle (Kim), Eric (Kim), Josh (Jamie), Krista (Jake), Carlee (Jesse), Jenna (Dan), Julia (Ryan) and Holly, and Seven Great Grandchildren: Tyson, Grady, Chet, Lincoln, Isobelle, Judah and Roman.
