Obituary of Alf Osterlund

Obituary It is with great sadness, that we announce the sudden passing of Alf Emanuel Osterlund, on June 4, 2020. After a motorcycle accident on May 9th, and a long hard fight, Alf succumbed to his injuries with Gail, the love of his life, and his children Sheree and Jamie by his side. Alf was born in Rocky Mountain House July 10, 1946 to Fred and Ellen Osterlund. He is predeceased by his (Father) Fred Osterlund, (Mother) Ellen Osterlund, (Brothers) Carl and Allen, (Sister) Sylvia Olfert, (Son) Cory and (Niece) Holly. Alf will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Gail, his children Sheree (Bryan) and Jamie (Andrea), his grandchildren Annica, Logan and Kayden. Gail’s family Wayne, Pamela, Vickie (Robert), Lesley (Chester), Twyla (Don), Rockie (Sheryl) and Tim, many many nieces and nephews and countless family friends. In Lieu of flowers is so desired expressions of sympathy can be made to the Fort St. John Fire Fighters Charitable Society. (This is a charity to assist families in Fort St John with out of town medical expenses.)
