Obituary
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father, Gordon Kenneth Cox, on November 28, 2020 at the age of 90.
Gordon was born in the Fort St. John area and lived here most of his life, except for 13 years when Norma and Gordon resided in Oliver British Columbia. They returned home in the summer of 2019.
Gordon lived a rich and full life with his beloved wife of 66 years, Norma Opal Armstrong. Gordon and Norma married on November 5, 1954. In 1955 they welcomed their first daughter, Karen, followed by Karla in 1957, and Kim in 1965 completing their family.
Gordon leaves behind his loving wife Norma;
daughter Karen Molander (Dale), grandson Troy Monteith (predeceased Sept. 9, 2016), great-grandsons Kyle and Coel Monteith, granddaughter Tanya Paulsen (Don), great-grandsons Edje and Jett Paulsen;
daughter Karla Lambert (Cecil), grandsons Brandon, Grayson (Amanda), Kylee, Lexus, and Dalton, Karson Lambert;
daughter Kim Simard (Guy), granddaughter Gabrielle (Amy), grandson Xaviar, and great-granddaughter Remi Simard.
Besides family, Gordon leaves behind many good friends and Acquaintances.

Dear Dad,
As you sleep, our wish for you is eternal peace in a place of beauty.
For as a loving husband and father on this earth, you have fulfilled your pledged duty.
We will honour your life and memory until we can join you in heavenly bliss.
But for now, Dad, know you are loved and forever missed.
