Obituary of Patricia Fay Pickell

Obituary Service information update - A private graveside will be held at the City Cemetery on June 14, 2021. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pat Pickell at age 82. Pat was born in Fort St. John, BC on December 30, 1938 and passed away with her daughter, Kim by her side on January 16, 2021. Pat is predeceased by her parents, Bill and Jessie Pickell and husband, Dave Lecuyer. Pat leaves behind her 3 children; William Lecuyer, Kim (George) Breti, and Donald Lecuyer; her brother, Ted Pickell, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and best friends Rose Marie McAleney and Carla Armstrong. Pat loved nature, dogs, cats, and horses. She was a strong woman. Many will remember her for her strength. Family would like to tank Dr. Abbas and all the staff at Peace Villa for all their care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Patricia to Peace Villa Care Home or the SPCA North Branch.
