Thank you for all your help in celebrating our girl and welcoming Katie June home, knowing her life a blessing, her memory a treasure, so loved beyond words and so missed beyond measure. After facing a sudden onset of illness and fighting the warrior’s fight with immense courage and unequaled bravery, Katie June chose to be free of pain from battling both Severe Aplastic Anemia and Lymphoma on July 6, 2021 at BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver, BC. She was surrounded by her mom and dad and brothers as well as her grandparents and all the love of her old grandpa and grandma, aunties, uncles, cousins, friends and loved ones near and far. This week, we bring our girl home to Fort Nelson after she arrived in Vancouver by medevac January 2, 2021.
