Obituary of Lenore Marilyn Harwood

Obituary Lenore Marilyn Florence Harwood, (nee Stanley), born August 25, 1945 in Toronto, Ontario, passed away December 9, 2021 after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. A long-time resident of Hudson’s Hope, Lenore served on the Municipal Council for over 20 years, including 15 years as Mayor. Lenore was predeceased by her parents, Ronald and Mabel Stanley and her brothers, Allan Stanley and Bruce Lumley. She leaves behind her husband of 55 years, Edmund Walter Harwood; her three children Ronald Harwood, Christine Harwood (Jay Grabowski), and Julie Romine (Ben); her brother, Daryl Lumley; her eight grandchildren, Hope, Mally and Ella Harwood, Paige Phelps, Miah Gonwick, Zachary Phelps, Carson and Braden Romine; and her six great grandchildren.
