Obituary of Walter Isiah Trask

Obituary With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Walter Trask. Walter was born on October 17, 1944 in Sandy Point, Newfoundland, and passed away on September 10, 2022 in Fort St. John, British Columbia at the age of 77. Walter leaves to mourn his wife, Dorothy Trask; his children, Grant (Terri) Trask, Serena (Paul) Brent, and Gary (Hayley) Trask; grandchildren, Reeghan Trask, Donovan Brent, Isiah Brent, and Lacey Trask; great-granddaughter, Alexxis Austin; sisters, Myra (Jim) Williams, Janetta Myron, Elaine (Joey) Downey, Marilyn (Wayne) Foran, Sharon (Wayne) Cormier, and Odell (Sandy) Archibald; and brothers, Grant (Jennifer) Trask, Randy (Tammy) Trask, and Jerry (Juanita) Trask. Walter was predeceased by his parents, Mary Verena (Swyer) Trask and Isaac John Trask; and sisters Ada Devoll and Claudine Taylor. A funeral service will be held for Walter on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Fort St. John Royal Canadian Legion Hall.
