Verna Marie (Johnson) Jensen

1944 - 2024

Verna Marie Johnson was born on June 27, 1944 in Dawson Creek, British Columia to Jack and Julia Johnson of Dawson Creek, British Columbia.

She was a sister to Bob, Bev, and Gordon. 

Verna married Burgen Jensen on November 19, 1963 in Fort St. John, British Columbia.

Together they raised their family in Fort St. John; children - Wayde (Jen), Chris, and Sheree (Paul).

Verna leaves behind 3 grandchildren - Paul, Vanessa, and Kathleen; 3 great-grandchildren - Zachary, Emma, and Ashley.

 

Verna quietly passed away with her family by her side on July 31, 2024 in Fort St. John, British Columbia.

 

At her request, there will be no funeral or celebration of life.
