Obituary of Selene Paige Norman
Selene/Mahkesis, 28, of the Late Daniel Apsassin Family, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2024, at the Prince George Rotary House Hospice,
surrounded by her Kokum, mum, sister, uncle, aunties, cousins, father of her son and loved ones.
Selene was born on March 17, 1996, to Shannon Morrow and Wes Norman. She was the youngest of two girls.
She grew up in Fort St. John, B.C.
Selene was raised a tough, fearless girl where family, culture, her love of her dog Enya, cats and hard work were an integral part of her life and identity.
In 2021, she became a proud single mother who fought hard to care for Maverick and to live independently in her home and she worked at Canfor and other jobs before becoming a full-time stay at home mother.
Selene lived the remainder of her life with a smile on her face, positive words on her tongue and love in her heart for family and friends.
Selene will forever be in our hearts and minds and will always be remembered for her loving, caring, unique, humorous, adventurous, curious character!
Rest in peace Selene.
