It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bobby Jackson Sr., a beloved father, brother, son, friend, and grandfather, who passed away on August 2, 2026, at the age of 62.

A service for Bobby will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at the HRFN Community Hall, followed by a feast at 12:30 p.m. and burial at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS) in memory of the late Bobby Jackson Sr.

Please specify that your donation is to be directed specifically toward men’s mental health and wellness programs, including a future men’s gathering held in honour of Bobby Jackson Sr.
