We are sad to announce that Mabel Oker passed away at the Fort St. John Hospital at 67 years of age.

Mable was born on Blueberry River First Nations on December 15, 1958 and passed away in Fort St. John on May 16, 2026.

A funeral service will be held at Charlie Oker Park (Milligan Creek) with burial at Peterson's Crossing on Friday, May 22 starting at 12:00 pm.Drumming will start at 10:00 am
