Obituary of Anne Harder
With sadness we announce the passing of Anne Harder, on February 3, 2026.
Anne Harder was born Oct 30, 1936 at home in the Warman Saskatchewan area. At the age of 12 she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior while attending DVBS. Shortly thereafter her parents moved to Cheslatta, BC, leaving Anne to find others to mentor her in the Christian faith. She reconnected with John who was a childhood playmate and the two got married Nov 20, 1955.
Anne was a cherished mother to Wes (Mary) Harder, Lin (Hilda) Harder, Rick (Gail) Harder and Debbie (Peter) Beam. She was a proud grandmother to 10 grandchildren & 24 great grand children who brought her much joy.
She will be lovingly remembered by her surviving family Carl (Rita) Wiebe, Helen Wiebe, Mary (Frank) Peters, John (Mary) Wiebe and Jake (Judy) Wiebe.
She was predeceased by her husband John Harder, her parents Isaac & Helena Wiebe, her siblings Billy Wiebe, Dan (Mary) Wiebe, Sarah (Abe) Giesbrecht, Paul Wiebe, and her daughter in law Karen Harder.
Anne will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for her faith in God, her hours spent in prayer for her family and an unwavering devotion to those she loved.
A service for Anne will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 12:30pm at the Fort St. John Evangelical Mission Church.
