Edwin "Ed" Schallock

October 14, 1959 - November 27, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Edwin "Ed" Schallock, who left us peacefully on November 27,2025, at the age of 66 Fort St John, BC.

Ed was the heart of his family, a steady, loyal hardworking man who showed his love through actions. He was a loving husband, dad, grandpa, hunting partner, hockey and baseball coach to many and the person everyone trusted when something needed fixing. His quick humor and unwavering support will be missed.

He is predeceased by his mother, Shirley, and brother Kenny.

He leaves behind his loving wife Lana; his sons, Tyson, Gregory (Ali), and Jarret ( Mikayla); and his cherished grandchildren, Paisleigh and Miller. He is also survived by his father, Mel and sibling Don (Priscilla), Larry (Raylene) and Arlene (Quenton).

And many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service 

A service to honor Ed's life will be held on January 5th, 2026 at 2:00pm at Christian Life Church (school), with a social to follow.

All are welcome to join the family in celebrating Ed's life.
