Obituary of Caroline Juliana Svisdahl

Caroline Juliana Svisdahl was born in Bella Bella, B.C., January 21, 1935. She passed away peacefully at the Peace Villa Care Home in Fort St. John, B.C., on November 8, 2025, at the age of 90 years.

She was predeceased by her parents as well as her six siblings and their spouses, her eldest daughter Sharon and son Russell, one grandson, and one great grandson.

She is survived by daughters Jean (Geoff), Dawn (Lawrence), Angela (Gerry), and sons William, Alan (Ann) and Paul, 24 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren, as well as many other family members and friends.

The family would like to give a huge thank you to her doctors, nurses, caregivers, and all the rest of the staff of Spruce Lane in Peace Villa Care Home. We valued the wonderful care you gave to our mom.

We will be having a Celebration of Life for our mom Caroline in the spring.
