Obituary of William Fehr

In loving memory of William (Willie) Fehr

December 31, 1973 - June 7, 2025

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, friend, business partner (Peace Glass) and fellow ministry leader (FSJ Evangelical Mission Church). Willie loved life and loved people. He was a man of integrity who sought to live in such a way that pleased God in every area. These strengths contributed to him fighting the battle against cancer with all the energy and good spirits he could muster throughout the journey.  Sadly, his health declined quickly within the last month and the words to the song Hymn of Heaven by Phil Wickham became reality.

"How I long to breathe the air of Heaven

Where pain is gone and mercy fills the streets

To look upon the One who bled to save me

And walk with Him for all eternity."  

As Willie's brother said, "Buckets of tears have been shed."  We all miss him deeply.

Thank you to everyone for their love, prayers,kindness, care and support.

A funeral service will be held June 14, 2025 at 11am at the North Peace Mennonite Brethren Church. 

Doors open for food and fellowship at 12:30 pm at the FSJ Evangelical Mission Church.
