Dearest Anne, I know David will miss your phone calls every Sunday and your cheery, positive attitude. You weren’t just his best friend’s mom, you were also a friend. I’m grateful that through David and your son Rick, you became part of my life too. I’m glad we could help you in some small ways such as going to appointments with you, or doing little jobs around your house, because it was a way to give back some of the great kindness you showed David when he was growing up and throughout his life. You were so good to him and he appreciates all the times you invited him to stay with you when he played hockey and how you and Rick included him in your family over a span of many decades. We both enjoyed all those lunch and dinner dates with you and will miss your sense of humour. Together at peace, you will all be fondly remembered and very much missed. I have known the Siluch family since 1973. Rick and I were very good friends I often stated at the Siluch home in Fort St John. They Stan, Anne, Rick and Kevin hold a special place in my heart lots of found memories We will miss you Anne. Ann was one of the first people I meet when I moved to Fort St. JOHN IN 1973. Ann was a pleasant and memorable lady. My first impression of Ann has been a lasting one. I enjoyed any and all contact with Ann over the years. May her soul rest in peace. Dick and Maxine Gilbert
